Two Products next to each other on Brooklyn Theme Collage and Collection Page

Hello,

I want to change the Website for a client of mine. He uses the Brooklyn Theme and shows some products on the Home Page with the Collage. The Problem is that it only shows one item in a row on mobile. We need two. The same with the normal collections pages. How can I change the code for that?
