Two weeks with good sessions and traffic (1000+) but still no sales!

Looking to get some feedback as I have been working hard on the products, pricing and layout of the website prior to the launch. I have been spending the marketing budget on Facebook and Instagram but no results and don’t want to keep pouring money into avenues not actually converting into sales. If anyone has any information that could help here and wants to have a look at the site to let me know!

Hi @KyleF27

This is PageFly - Free Landing Page Builder. Here is my suggestion for your online business.

Before starting with any Marketing tactics, try to think about what is your target audience, what is their specific personas, what their pain points are, where they usually hang out, from them, try to reach out to them, provide value, and meet them where they are.

Ask yourself: Are you targeting the right customers? Your blog gets traffics actually but the right customer matters - as they are decision-makers. Conversions take place when targeted traffic meets relevant offers. It all starts with doing your persona research and understanding what your customers need or want.

For example, you’re selling Dog Care Products, your customers must be dog lovers who are active on Social Media such as Facebook, so you can start with finding FB communities for tree lovers, reach out to people, provide them the value. For example 20 must-have products for new dog owners

The marketing channels are only as good as the strategy itself, so think about your customer’s buying journey first, then the marketing channels later. That being said, these are the most popular marketing channels:

  • Pinterest Marketing
  • Instagram marketing
  • Influencer Marketing
  • Content Marketing (Blog Post, Vlog, Video Review)
  • Tiktok Marketing
  • Google Shopping
  • Google Search Ads
  • Google Display Ads
  • Facebook Ads
  • Email Outreach
  • PR Marketing
  • Partnership Marketing
  • Referral Marketing

Hi,

Don’t worry about not getting sales at this time. A lot of people are struggling with the same issue. We are here to help! Thank you for leaving the store URL so we can check it out and give out some suggestions:

The first thing I notice is adding reviews to your website. This allows customers to interact with you and one another, boosting sales. Positive reviews can encourage new customers to write you new reviews. A lot of people now make their purchase decisions based on online reviews. Moreover, leaving reviews for your store can help you better understand your customers and overall customer satisfaction.

The second thing I would suggest you try is retargeting campaigns. Retargeting offers a technique to keep your business at the forefront of customers’ minds even after they leave your website. Your past website visitors can consider you while making a purchase by seeing your retargeting ads, which constantly remind you of your offerings and value proposition.

This article explains more about how retargeting can help your business: https://akohubteam.medium.com/what-is-ako-retargeting-c43bda83143b

Hope this was helpful and good luck with everything!
