I contacted Conversation Bear about the Ultimate Free Shipping app because I deleted the app but it still has shipping messages that I can’t figure out how to remove. I haven’t heard anything back from them for over a week now. I want to get the message off my homepage. Does anyone know how I can remove it

I believe that you just uninstall the app without delete the leftover code. If the app’s code is still on your theme, then the shipping messages will still be on your site.
Please find a document guide on how to remove leftover code. Or you can contact the app provider one more time so that they can help you remove the code
