I’m not sure what Shopify updated recently, but you are now unable to indent bullet points AKA creating sub-bullet points within the rich text editor of a store product.

After discussing this with support, the only option now is to edit through HTML.

Is this really intentional? It’s definitely new-ish, I updated over 400 products using the text editor just fine.

This is terrible user-experience. You can’t even delete a bullet point using backspace, the whole formatting just seems broken.

Anyone else run into this? Or maybe can explain what positive benefit came out of the related update?
