Have you found a resolution to this or at least a workaround? I’ve been airdropping the images to my phone, cropping them in the photo app, then airdropping them back to my computer. It’s so tedious and time consuming. If you’ve found a better way, please share.
I’ve totally given up on this quest! I just use one of their presets and had to deal with my images being wonky for a while until i uploaded enough new product to have some semblance of balance again.
