Unavailable Desktop/Mobile Landing Page in [Shopping_ads] [GR]

Hello, Shopify community,

I have been dealing with the following issue since shopping ads stopped working in my google ads channel and they upgraded to performance max.

So the thing is, in my storefront in my google channel it seems that 1001 of my products are not listed in google. When opening the admin product page under the product status in sales channels and apps in google i get the message “Unavailable Desktop/Mobile Landing Page in [Shopping_ads] [GR]”.

However, when searching the products from incognito in google they are indexing so I can’t really understand if there is an issue or not.

I have attached 2 screenshots of what I am describing above, please help me find out what’s going on.

Instead of using Shopify to check for issues, go instead directly to Google Merchant Center > Products > Diagnostics > here check and resolve all errors.

Also check that the submitted URLs in Google Merchant Center > products > all products > click on a product > scroll to the bottom and view the final attributes.
