Uploading product

So im working on uploading items for selling. I have my categories and originally had tiles to separate items within the category. Well i deleted my tiles out and wanted to combine everything together. Which i got that but now anytime i try to upload items to that category they will not show up on the site.

Hey @Jfaith,

Thanks for posting this. Could you please share your store url so that I can take a look into it and provide you solution code.

In most cases this issue happen with the coding override.

The website? Berserkathletics.com

I also need the collab code too.

Hello, @Jfaith

It sounds like the issue might be related to how the category or item listings are structured after removing the tiles. Here’s a step-by-step approach to resolve this:

  1. Recheck Category Settings: Ensure that the category where you’re uploading items is still active and visible on the site. Sometimes, removing or modifying tiles can affect the visibility settings.

  2. Confirm Item Visibility: Double-check the settings for the individual items you’re uploading. They should be marked as “Active” and “Visible” to the public. Sometimes, items get stuck in draft mode after changes are made.

  3. Review Permissions/Restrictions: Make sure there are no restrictions applied (such as inventory or geographical limitations) that could prevent the items from displaying.

  4. Cache and Sync: Clear the cache on your website or platform. After major changes, sometimes the system needs a little time to sync and reflect updates.

  5. Re-upload Test Item: Try uploading a test item into the category and see if it appears. If it does, the issue might have been a temporary glitch or a setting you overlooked.

If the problem persists after these checks, it might be a technical issue that requires support from the platform you’re using. Feel free to reach out to them for further troubleshooting!

Let me know if you need more guidance on any of the steps!

Hello there @Jfaith have you tried to see if the basic troubleshooting processes will help? This includes clearing cache cookies, loading your store on an incognito browser, etc.

I think i found my issue, where is the templet now located

Check your collection settings. Make sure the collection is enabled, and the products are assigned correctly. Use automated conditions or manual tag assignment to add new uploads. Make sure the collection is referenced in your menu or featured list. products will not be posted to the storefront without an active collection format.
