Above you can see a chart that tracks the average discrepancy per order between what the customer was charged and I paid for a UPS Ground Carrier Calculated label. In this time period I made no changes to my default package size or weights of my products. Nothing. Changed. But somehow I am now losing on average more than 80 cents on every label I purchase.
I have gone through Shopify support 4 times on this issue and get nowhere everytime. I am absolutely desperate for a solution here.

Don’t tell me about apps. I will if I have to but this should work properly as it did for the last 5 out of 8 months. I shouldn’t have to take on $1k plus in subscription fees in a year to get functionality I already pay for

It does NOT (and I CANNOT stress this enough) have anything to do with my default package size settings. NO CHANGES were made when the discrepancies started happening. I have made changes since and it does not solve the problem.
