The price we are getting when we buy a UPS shipping label from Shopify is really high. Even if you change box sizes it makes no difference. It gives up the same price no matter what. It was working fine yesterday. I also can not get a price using the “shipping calculator”…I get an error or I can see other rates except UPS.

You may try:

Clearing your cached rates by removing and re-adding UPS in your Shopify Shipping settings.

Double-checking that your UPS account (if connected) is still active and properly linked, or if you’re using Shopify’s negotiated rates, making sure nothing changed in your store’s shipping profile.

Testing another carrier to see if the issue is only with UPS. if so, it’s likely on Shopify/UPS’s side and worth opening a support ticket.
