We’ve discovered that Upside is associated with a terminated partnership which violated Shopify’s Partner Program Agreement and Acceptable Use Policy.
We are committed to keeping Shopify a trustworthy platform where merchants can be confident in the apps they install and use, and are committed to ensuring that all app developers are abiding by the Partner Program Agreement.
Effective March 15, 2021, Upside apps will no longer be available on Shopify, and their app functionality will be disconnected from our platform.
Below is a list of Upside apps being removed, as well as suggestions for alternative apps:

Removal of Upside apps from stores
All Upside apps will be automatically removed from stores on March 15, 2021, but if you have any of these apps installed and would like to remove them yourself, uninstall instructions can be found below:
Uninstalling Apps
You can remove an app from your store from the Apps section of your Shopify admin:
- In your Shopify admin, go to Apps.
- Locate the app you want to uninstall, then click the garbage can:
- Click Delete.
Uninstalling Apps from Mobile
- From the Shopify app, tap Store, and then tap Apps.
- On iOS, swipe an app left to show a Remove button beside it. On an Android device, tap the ⋮ button beside the name of the app.
- Tap Remove.
- If you’re sure that you want to remove the app, then tap Delete to confirm.
