Urgent: Shopify Payouts and Refund Issues since 5 Weeks

I’m Lilly and we’re facing a serious problem. Our payouts have been on hold for five weeks due to an account review, and we’re unable to process refunds. Despite reaching out to support seven times, we’re stuck in a loop with no resolution.

This is hurting our businesses. We urgently need help. If anyone has advice or has been through a similar issue, we’d greatly appreciate your insights.

To avoid relying solely on Shopify on processing refunds, you can use a 3rd party app that integrates with the admin to issue store credit refunds instead.
