URL redirects for products not working as I thought...

Hello.

Can anyone help please?

I’m having trouble redirecting URLs (the redirects are not working - just going to a 404 page).

Trying to redirect this url:

https://www.filthysoup.com/collections/notebooks/products/colourful-life

(which is the old product name)

To this one:

https://www.filthysoup.com/collections/notebooks/products/colourful-life-notebook

(the new product name)

And also these…

This one:

https://www.filthysoup.com/collections/notebooks/products/random-things

To this one:

https://www.filthysoup.com/collections/notebooks/products/random-things-notebook

Could anyone help at all??

Have you setup your redirects in the store admin yet? You can follow these steps to setup a redirect from a 404 page on your store to another active page.

You can find the instructions for that in our Help Center: URL redirects · Shopify Help Center.

If you have set this up and it is still not working, can you share some screenshots of how the redirect setup looks like and we can assist in troubleshooting that with you.
