Variants with different costs and weights

Hi there,

Is it possible to keep track of cost and weight for different variants of the same product? For example, I sell fittings, I have fittings of the same style, that are different sizes. These different sizes have different costs from the manufacturer and the bigger sizes are heavier. Would I be better off creating stand alone products for each different size or is there a third party app that can handle these functions? Thanks in advance!

I am experiencing the same issue. For example, my client’s product has 4 variations - each are different sizes and weights. I am struggling to figure out how to adjust the weight per variant without having to create separate products for each.
