I have a problem and hoping you can help me out?
I am in the process of rebuilding my Shopify store and I’m choosing the Venture theme.
However, I’m coming across a problem with the collection images in the navigation menu not showing up. When you click on the Venture Theme Demo and click on the “Camp” menu, you can see the 4 dropdown images
However, when I nested my menu items, there were no images are shown except the dropdown category.
If anyone knows how to fix this, please help me out. Thank you in advance.
To show product images from a collection, your menu must meet the following criteria:
- Your menu must have nested menu items.
- The top-level item must be a collection.
- When you add the top-level collection to the menu, you must select it from the Link menu. If you enter the collection URL in the Link field manually, then images will not appear.

However, I’m still having a difficult time trying to get it to work. Do you have a different article that talks about this in more detail?

I checked and if you want ‘Categories’ to display product images you need to select the link for it to be a collection. Ex:
After you select it as a collection, the menu will automatically activate the mega menu, and the products in that collection will show.
