video is not showing on mobile

so i add css code for a video banner its showing in pc but not in mobile for this problem of mine i go through some youtube videos and somehow it eventually helped me but the video shows after refreshing page so many times but vanished when i closed the website on phone and reopen it it just show white area where i put the video insted of the video although the website page is not fully white i can still see the things i have added but not the video i put this is the code i put in theme liquid it eventually help me but not fully this is what its look like after refreshing page so many time but vanished after i reopen the website

i still have this issue the first pic is when i refreshed the page a lot then it showed up but once i reopend the website it shows the second pic open my website on mobile insted of pc okay i already told that it shows well on my pc too but not in mobile phone okay
