I have a video on my main page on a Berlin theme - sometimes on mobile the video doesn’t loads first, instead it takes like 10 seconds to load.
I have converted the video to a webm video and also resized it - it’s currently sitting at 15 mbps.
Earlier while I was fixing some of the issues that were stated in Google Pagespeed Index I might have accidentally changed some settings. Is there anyway that I can force the video to load faster and if so, where do I place the code?
