I created a collection of merch that I’d like to set up a VIP Subscription for subscribers to my ecom site. What is the best way to execute this kind of program? Is there an app in the Shopify store you’d recommend?

If I understand your question correctly, you would like to sell a subscriptions to your buyers for them to become VIPs.
If that’s correct, you can set up a selling plan on a digital product (set up your product so that it does not require shipping). This product will be your VIP offering and you can price and set up your selling plan for how frequently you want to charge (ie: 20$ a month to be VIP).
For this you can many apps from the app store, and try out the Shopify Subscriptions app as well.
