I want to make a custom slider as section c is showed. These sliders would have clickable links and in round section there will be image, and there will be same content at the bottom. Please help.

Since each theme has different elements which are no similar to others, I highly recommend you to contact your theme provider. They will have a developer help you make some tweak in the code to help you with the layout you desire.
