While we’re only able to provide support for Shopify and Shopify services like Shopify Payments here ourselves, I can advise that third-party gateway services like Stripe are unlikely to support account purchases like this.
In order to be certain about this, I’d advise you to check-in with Stripe support directly here.
If your store is based in a country where Stripe is not available, it would likely not make a difference in terms of your Shopify store, as the payment gateway options available are based on the country selected for your store address in the Settings menu.
If you are happy to share which country you are based in, I can share a list of the gateway options that are available to Shopify stores based there with you.
