i try adding a product to the cart and click checkout, am i the only one who sees such a long time to load.
Just adding any product to the cart and clicking the checkout button takes so so long, and i have no idea why? Anyone have the same issues or have a solution?

From my experience, the checkout speed on Shopify is always a little slower compared to your overall website speed. However, I just navigated through your checkout process, and there is certainly quite a delay once the checkout button is clicked.
I’d love to take a closer look to help determine why this is happening. You mentioned that it was working fine around a week ago, since then, have you made any adjustments to your website? Such as edited your theme code or installed/uninstalled any apps? Any added context that you can provide will greatly help us pinpoint where the issue is stemming from and what steps we can take next.
If you did happen to make any code adjustments, you do have the option to roll back .liquid files individually to a time and date before you made the changes. I have linked a tutorial below for further guidance:

The only, main and crucial adjustment I’ve made in the past week is adding one app to my store, which is the EasyGift: Auto Add to Cart app. I’m being told that there might be a chance that this checkout slow down is related to this upsell app.
However, I am sure about it, and if it is affecting slow down, I’m not sure how to go forward with it and fix it.

I also agree with you in saying that this app is the likely cause for your speed decrease as this app works in conjunction with your checkout. Have you tried temporarily uninstalling the app and doing another test order?
When it comes to third-party apps which are not developed by Shopify, it’s hard to determine whether they can function at 100% without any glitches. This also depends on which theme your store is operating with, do you happen to use a free Shopify theme or did you purchase your theme online?
In this case, it is certainly best to reach out to the developers of the app for guidance on whether they have had any previous issues with checkout speed on particular themes. It’s possible that the app may not be optimized for your theme, although it is hard to determine why without being able to take a look at the coding/backend. Overall, if you would like the issue resolved immediately, removing the app altogether is your best option. You could possibly look at alternative upsell apps, I have linked a top-rated alternative below:
