hi all developers please help this lost dude

my website has been loading for more than 2 mins when clicked into the link
this was reflected to me by my customers who visited the link by clicking on shop now from my fb ad and it took foreverrr to load for him pics were blurry, testimonials are lagged not scrollable and category pic (this issue is on both mobile and web)
