Weird Gap Header to Page

Hello Fellow Shopifyers,

I have a bit of a weird problem :face_with_tongue: so it seems something went wrong when creating my Store because for some reason i got a weird Spacing between the Header and the rest of the Page on any page that is not the Main Page or Product Page those are not affected.

It looks kinda like one would align the text to the bottom instead the top, because if i increase the Padding of the Page itself the text moves up (Padding bottom to 280)

As you can see from the second Screenshot the Header “Box” is HUGE

I would really appreciate it if someone could help a brother out.

Hi @ShoppyBoppy ,

Go to theme settings > custom css

add this
.template-page .content-for-layout {
padding-top: 0 !important;
margin-top: 0 !important;
}

please don’t forget to like and mark it as the solution.

Another note about the problem it seems its not happening on the mobile version. My Phone displays everything correctly so its isolated to the Desktop version

btw. for future reference can someone point me to where one can write a p/m? i seem to be too dumb to find it :slightly_smiling_face:

Hi @ShoppyBoppy

  1. Go to Online Store → Theme → Edit code.
  2. Open your theme.liquid file
  3. In theme.liquid, paste the below code before

Hello everybody!

I have great news its Fixed :face_with_tongue: i chased to problem down to the Consentmo App. When i disabled it the spacing issue went away.

I then contacted the Consentmo Support Team and they have been outstanding with handling my Problem. A Technician took a look and did some Magic and its fixed now + all that in record time!!

My Problem is hereby SOLVED
