Hello, We recently launched our site on Shopify and are seeing a discount appear that we did not configure.
In the cart, a message appears: Use coupon code WELCOME10 for 10% off your first order.
However, we have not configured any discounts and have not added any discount apps.
Any idea how to remove this or figure out where it is coming from?

I found the issue. It was default text in a message block in the theme format settings. (Broadcast theme, if anyone else runs into the same!)
I am having the very same issue. Can you pls explain where / how to find this block in the theme format settings.

Yes I did resolve it. I found this text in Theme settings (see attached screenshot). Go to your store theme, then Customize, then “Theme settings” on the top left. I found that default text in one of the message box under the “cart” section. Hope that helps.
I got stuck on this for a long time, so I figured I would add an additional solution for anyone else having this issue. The screenshot below shows where you can update the cart message (circled in red).
