I’m looking for an app recommendation for assigning custom discounts on collections for specific customers.
I would like an app where we can assign discounted pricing to specific brands for specific customers. When they login to their account on the website, they will see their prices. We currently use an app, however, it only discounts the items at the checkout stage, I’m looking for a solution where it displays their prices once they login - offering that more personalised experience.
Not essential, but it would be also be great if when they are logged in, they have logos next to their account name of the brands they get discounts for.

In my opinion, your requirements are too specific to be covered by a ready Shopify app, but you can consider the Bold Custom Pricing: Wholesale app by Bold.
With it, you can:
create several pricing levels for products
tag customers manually or automatically to give them different pricing
offer different discounts for different groups of products
Also, take a look at the Volume & Tiered Discounts app by HulkApps. With its help, you can create bulk pricing, quantity breaks, product discounts and tiered pricing sales.
