What app can I use for tiered discount pricing on a specific collection?

I need a suggestion for an app that will allow us to use a discount code for tiered pricing on a specific collection.

  • purchase 1 item in the collection, get 15%

  • purchase 2 items in the collection, get 20%

ect.

Examples:
