What app is best for creating pop-up quote forms for an online store?

Hello, I am developing an online store where there are also sections where a product quote is requested, which has to be assigned to a salesperson to attend.

Can you recommend any application or software to create a pop up style form that clicks on the quote button? I tried to use Klaviyo, but I see that it only has subscription forms and the CRM that I am going to use does not give me the option of forms.

My process looks like this:

Lead enters landing page > Complete form (application to be defined) > Zapier > Crmble-Trello > Commercial process… Thank you so much!

I was going to suggest Klaviyo. Why does it matter if the CRM you were going to use does not give you the option of forms? You can use a Klaviyo form with a list for your quotes. No emails need to go out.

What I need is a form with several fields (Name, company, email, telephone and additional comments), I see that Klaviyo only has subscription forms and that is very little for what I need.
