We’ve been using the Passport app for international shipping offering DDP (duties and taxes pre-paid), but it’s being discontinued. We were wondering what other stores use or recommend? What about Shopify Markets Pro? It seems somewhat complicated to set up so I was intimidated by it. Thank you for your help!
You can use an order management system like www.StoneEdge.com. It manages order processing from all of your sales channels, domestic and international shipping with USPS, UPS and FedEx, and fulfilment, inventory, and supply chain management.

I’m only going off our own customer base (Starshipit), but typically they’ve turned to Starshipit to manage their incoterms (and to also handle things like HS codes!). There’s some more info here if you’re interested. In any case, good luck!
