Hope you are doing well, We are about to launch the website and we were wondering where we can find the media and frame sizes - videos , sliders, product images and other banners that belong to the website ( if there is a guide that would be really helpful)

If you can confirm the name of the theme you’re in fact using at the moment in the store, we can help you to check for info like this.
Should you be using one of the free Shopify themes we do have manuals for these themes which include some of the info you refer to in terms of image sizes.
Other image sizes you mentioned however would be dependant on the images you are using; product images for example are in the size and shape in which you upload them.
