How do I figure out the correct measurements when creating banners?

The Shopify banner dimensions should be in the range of 1200-2000 pixels wide by 400-600 pixels tall. You can choose the height based on how much of the screen you want it to cover.
Although these dimensions do depend on which theme you are utilizing, would you mind sharing your website URL so I can take a closer look?
