I would like to know what programming languages should I learn to be able to fully edit the shopify theme codes well. Thank you!

To edit and customize Shopify, you need to first learn basics of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.

Then you need to learn the Theme structure (https://shopify.dev/themes/architecture) and specifically Liquid (a template language created by Shopify)
