i received an email from shopify with this message. I am hoping it is nothing because i have had unreliable help with shopify experts.
did anyone here get a message like this?
and if the app is uninstalled, is it something I do not need to worry about?

This email might be referring to a private app. Do you know if you have any private apps installed or whether the Shopify Experts you’ve worked with in the past were creating webhooks for your store? If you’re not sure, please get in touch with our Support team and we’d be happy to take a closer look. We’re available via live chat, email, and callback in the Shopify Help Center.
Regarding your past work with Shopify Experts, have you shared your experiences with our team? It is important that we have a record of what happened and can take any action necessary in cases where you didn’t receive the professional and reliable support you expected.
I really appreciate your response. I do not know what app or piece of code would have triggered this. I would love any help and connection you could offer to help me see to this issue.
No i haven’t provided feedback. I guess i just got frustrated, I wish i could find an expert that was a solid go to for changes and addressing fixes as they come up.
I’ve only heard positive things about HeyCarson, so if you’re looking for someone to tackle small changes as they come up, you might be interested in contacting them. However, I haven’t personally worked with any Shopify Experts, so I recommend posting a new topic to ask other store owners for advice on this too.
Regarding the webhooks notification, I won’t be able to view your store details from here, but our team can definitely look into this. Please get in touch through the Shopify Help Center so we can review the store details and determine which app the notification might have been referring to.
