Over the past month I had to prepare a huge batch of product photos — several hundred images — for a seasonal launch.
At first I tried doing it manually in Photoshop. It worked, but it was painfully slow. Then I experimented with a few online watermark tools, but most required uploading images to a server, and the quality or speed wasn’t great.
After some trial and error, I finally landed on a workflow that feels right for me:
• Drop a whole folder of images at once
• Apply a saved watermark template (logo, position, opacity)
• Process the entire batch in one click
• Export the results to a separate folder, ready to publish
The whole process takes under a minute for ~1,000 4K images on Apple Silicon.
Now I can keep branding consistent across collections without spending hours on repetitive work.
Sharing this here in case it saves someone else the frustration I went through — having a repeatable batch watermark workflow really changed my prep process.
