Hello, I am in my trial period for Shopify and need a Rental/Booking App. We are a spa-like business and rent lockers so customers can use our hot tub and other amenities in our club. Luckily, there are quite a few rental/booking apps in the Shopify App Store. I took a look at some for you to see which would suit your needs the best, and I managed to find a few options worth considering:
All of these apps are pretty similar in that they have built-in booking systems. With these apps, you’ll be able to apply a rental/booking feature to specific products, giving customers the option to select a date and time they’d like to reserve your amenities.
You can also choose to have custom booking schedules. For example, you can choose to only accept hot tub reservations during your operating hours. With BookThatApp, you can even specify “Lead Time” and “Lag Time” for rental periods, allowing time for staff to sanitize your space between bookings.
All of these apps are customizable, giving you the ability to edit the colours and fonts, and add custom fields to your booking section such as dropdowns, checkboxes, radio buttons, and text fields. Another great feature is that these apps also sync with most calendar applications, like Google Calendar and Apple Calendar. This can make it really easy for your staff to manage your bookings and rentals.
You can also rest assured that these apps will also work seamlessly in conjunction with regular retail products; you can choose to only have the rental/booking option visible on the products and services that need booking.
