What can I fo if all the payment providers are unavailable for my country(Albania)
I started my online store and already have made a prepayment.

When you mention that all payment providers for Albania are not available to you, can you explain what you mean here in more detail? Are the payment providers not appearing for you in your admin under Settings > Payments? You can learn how to configure third party payment providers by following along with this doc here.
Have you checked our list here for payment providers in your region? If you visit that page and scroll down and enter you region in the search bar here, you should be able to see all options available to you.
