What to do when order delivery fails on Aliexpress?

Hello everybody,

Any advice on what to do when the Shipping status of the order is DELIVERY FAILED? Are there any chances that the package will be delivered to the customer? Should I resend or refund the order? Is it possible to get a refund from Aliexpress?

I’d love an answer to this, too. I have the same problem: USPS failed to deliver the package (reason given is “insufficient address”), and now it’s being returned to me. The address shows up on Google Maps, so it feel like USPS should have been able to deliver it, and I feel like they should refund me for the shipment.

Either way, I need to know how to re-fulfill this order. I don’t see a way to create a new shipping label (maybe this time using UPS) on the order. How do I go about fulfilling this now?
