What's the best app for scheduling bike service appointments on my site?

I have a service based business where folks bring the suspension components off their mountain bike in for service. I need an app that allows customers to first choose from a list of about 30 items what they would like to bring for service next select a date/time and also add any notes they may have. I don’t want them to have to pay in advance for service just simply book the service. Any suggestions for a app to use on my Spotify site?

I recommend trying the Easify Product Options app. It allows you to:

  • Create a list for item selection with display options like Image Swatches, Checkbox, and Product List.
  • Incorporate a Date Picker for choosing specific dates.
  • Include a Time Picker for selecting specific times.
  • Utilize a Text Area for customers to add any additional notes.

There is also the BookThatApp in Shopify. It can achieve what you are looking for and offers a lot more features that you might find useful. The widget shown here (https://bookthatapp-demo.com/collections/professional-services/products/table-reservation) captures the date/time and additional information from the customer.

Now to offer your list of 30 items, you can create variants in Shopify to do that. Variants automatically show up on the widget. And the app does have an option to bypass the checkout. So your customers won’t pay, just create their booking and it will reflect in the app in real-time. You will get notified through your email, each time you get a booking.
