There are a couple of themes which spring to my mind after reading your topic. Let’s look at them below:

Prestige - I really like the Prestige theme and think it’s very slick, minimal and can add a lot to a brand. I actually use Prestige on my own store. Prestige has a lot of cool features removing the need for some apps which is nice, but the general look and feel is what I like the most. Aspects like the timeline are different and a great touch. I used this feature for something else too so it isn’t timeline specific either. The developers Maestrooo have great customer service also!

Showcase - Another theme which I really like is the Showcase theme by Clean Canvas. It’s quite similar to Prestige in a few ways and has a lot of cool features too. When clicking between pages it offers a load animation (similar to video games) of sorts where you can add your brand logo which I really like. The team at Clean Canvas who developed Showcase are really good also with fantastic customer support!
You can demo these themes to see if they really are what you need and want, but if you publish them, they are paid then, something to be aware of. But they both would have good response times, are versatile and have the features you touched on below with more. Can I ask what product you’re looking to sell? Is there anything else specific you might be looking for with a theme?
