I have the supply theme for my store what is the best product returns app for my store? I would like some feedback from someone who has used the app you will be talking about for at least a year!

I’m using return magic, and overall, I like it fairly well.

Pros:

  • I can create a custom portal that looks like it is part of my store.

  • Integrates with Shippo and customers get their return labels automatically, so I don’t need to be involved in the process

  • you can set up rules for different types of returns, and what to do with them. Also, you can set a return time period

  • Easy to use dashboard where you can see the status of all returns. Also, easy to refund customers thru the portal.

Cons:

  • I wish there was a better way to deal with exchanges. Right now, we tell customers to order a new item and return their existing item for a refund. This is very much like how Amazon does it, so not a big deal. I have heard Returnly does this really well, but I have not personally tried that app

  • Gift returns are a bit of a pain. There is no easy way (by easy, I mean mostly automated) for customers that receive our item as a gift to exchange it for a different size.
