What's the best way to integrate multiple suppliers into your website?

I have a fairly general question about the best way to approach integrating with suppliers inventory management software in the future as our website grows.

At the moment we dropship from one supplier who run their operations using SAP. Their developers have integrated their system with our Shopify website. In the future we want to look at partnering with new suppliers who offer different products. Some of these will be experienced at dropshipping and will have a preference for the route/app to take/use.

If we wanted to dictate the app to use or provide a solution for a supplier who hasn’t experienced dropshipping before, are there any leading apps to explore?

We’re not looking for an app that allows us to pick suppliers or connects us to a marketspace where we can choose our products. We will connect with our partners ‘offline’, but want to choose the right tool to connect our site and future partners.

Any suggestions here would be welcome. Thanks in advance.

Hi

This is something we do through our Channelup app whereby suppliers can share their product data only to you and you then can integrate it into your store. Obviously they would need to be on a platform that we integrate with otherwise we would need to build a custom integration.

Sending orders back to their store will depend on what processes they have in place.

The other option is to check out some of the csv import/export apps which let you map fields and import directly from supplier ftp accounts or URLs.

Tom

Hi @ef110

You can do this with Syncee DataFeed Manager: https://syncee.co/datafeed-manager/

Can Syncee help my Shopify business to integrate my own suppliers inventory in real time from Brazil, if they use a variety of ERPs and data formats? I am selling goods with pre-selected suppliers from Brazil and need to have their inventories show in real time on my platform.

Hi @Shoepeeps

Yes, you can do this with Syncee’s DataFeed Manager solution. If you write an email to support@syncee.co our professionals will help to set up the feed.
