If you are unable to change the currency and are seeing an error message that says “You’ve made your first sale, so you need to contact support if you want to change your currency,” it means that you have already made a sale using the current currency and Shopify requires you to contact their support team to make the change.

This is because changing the currency can have significant financial implications and is not something that can be done automatically.

Above is only useful if you wanted to change the store’s default currency.

Our live support can be reached via our support portal here. Simply select the relevant topics until the live support options appear, you will then be connected to a live support agent.
