I have an offline + online clothing brand and i use 99minds Loyalty and Gift card so that my customers can redeem gift cards and loyalty points in store and online, in any channel of their choice. It ticks all the features plus instore and online POS integration with also integrating Gift Cards. You can reward customers for various things like referring a friend, money spent, repeat purchases, posting on social media, (which you have to assign points manually).
