If you’re looking for an order tracking app, then I’d recommend taking a look at AfterShip Order Tracking or 17TRACK Order, PayPal Tracking. While both of these apps have solid reviews, with 17TRACK receiving a 5-star rating and AfterShip has been supporting merchants on Shopify since 2012, they both offer a free plan for merchants to get started. I’d recommend trying them both and seeing which one you prefer moving forward. If you need any help with a third-party app, then the app developer is always available to assist you. Simply reach out to the app developer through the contact information found in the Support section of their app pages.
That being said, there are many order tracking apps available and many of them offer a free trial or plan, so it might also be worth trying a few more apps as you may find something more preferable depending on your use-case.
