When a customer or myself tries to checkout they get this messageThere Was An Issue Processing You

A customer is trying to make a purchase and it keeps saying

“There Was An Issue Processing Your Payment. Try Again Or Use A Different Payment Method.”

I tried checking out and it’s giving me the same error even before I put in my info.

Please help I’m losing money

  • Is the payment issue happening with all customers?
  • What payment gateway is being used?
  • Can you ensure test mode is not enabled?
  • Are there any error messages present within your Shopify admin > Settings > Payments section?
  • Are there any error messages in the order timeline of the abandoned checkout? You can check for this by following the steps here and viewing the payment event.
  • Can you share a screenshot of the error message at checkout?
