When scrolling on mobile view, if I pull up it displays white behind my main page

sites such as gym shark stop u from scrolling past specific point, not sure if this is an overflow issue, on my page (mobile view) it allows me to pull up and see the white css behind my main page, when I scroll up and down on mobile as soon as the page hits a specific point I want it to not allow me to scroll and see the white, similar to the gym shark store, how do I achieve this?
