When you failed to get approval from the payment gateways

I failed to get approval from the payment gateways (2checkout & Paymentwall).

Does it mean that I won’t be able to accept payment from the customers?

Thanks for reaching out.

That is a great question! In order to accept most major payment methods within your online store checkout, you will need to have a Payment Gateway added. With that being said, customers can still place their orders online if you set up a manual payment method.

The availability of payment gateways will depend on where your store is generally located. You can find which payment gateways are available to you by using our Payment Providers and Online Payment Gateways page to find out which gateways are available.
