Whenever mouse cursor taken off hover menu disappears in dawn theme

Hello i don’t know why I have placed some code for hover drop down menu but it’s working whenever i take off mouse cursor it immediately go back then we’re i will not be able to select the options in the sub menu please some one help me with this i will be very grateful.
