Where can I chance the color of the banner buttons and rich text button in Dawn theme?

Hello,
I need to change the color of the banner buttons in Dawn theme to black. Same with the buttons of the rich text section.
Can someone please help me fix this?
And would you please help me with the liquid code, because I don’t know how to find out the right section code.
