Hello, I need help. I have been trying to find the collections, navigations and theme tab. I found the theme tab but there is absolutely no way to change it. All it says is view and manage branding. Thats it! Under sales channel all there is as an option is theme and preferences. I can’t find where to create collections or anything! I feel like im wasting money if I can’t use Shopify’s to its fullest effect. Anything will help, tips?
Hello! to get the collection, from the backend of your website, click on product, it will show dropdown for collection, click on it and you can also create a new collection there. for the navigation, it can be setup in the page setup.
That is very strange.
Are you the store owner? If not, it might be something to do with your permission.
The collection should be under “Products”
and the theme should be under “Sales channels” → “Online Store” → “Themes”

It sounds like you are trying to create collections and menu links from within your theme editor, which is not the correct place to do this. You can create collections from the Products > Collections section of the Shopify admin, and you can manage your menus and navigation by heading to Online Store > Navigation:
 Once you’ve created collections and menus, you can select which ones you want to appear in your theme editor. For example, you can choose which collections you want to appear on your home page, and which menu you’d like to appear in your header.
If you’re not seeing these options on your store, can you tell me what plan you are using? Are you on the Starter plan? This might be impacting what you’re seeing and I’d be happy to outline your options with regards to our subscriptions.
This is what I am seeing, yes, I am the store owner and I have the starter plan for $60 a year. What do I do, I don’t see anything like a setting to change what I am seeing
Oh, I see. That plan only allows you to sell via social - https://www.shopify.com.au/starter.
You will have to upgrade to this plan if you would like to set up an online store/website.

As outlined by @Daniel-HHP , these options are missing because you are on our Starter plan and you will need to be on our Basic plan or above to have an online store you can sell products on.
