I’m trying to find the checkout area with the complete order page to paste in the meta pixel code. If anyone can help, that would be great!

You can put the code under “Order status page” area.

That’s a great question!
While you are not able to edit the checkout.liquid file on standard Shopify plans due to checkout security, you can add additional scripts in your admin to the checkout.
To add additional scripts such as the meta pixel code, head to Settings > Checkout > Add Additional Scripts. Keep in mind, you can add the Facebook Pixel directly in your Facebook Sales Channel. To add the pixel this way:
Steps:1. From your Shopify admin, click Settings > Apps and sales channels.

From the Apps and sales channels page, click Facebook.

Click Open sales channel.

Click Settings, and then click Data sharing settings.

In the Customer data-sharing section, click the Enable data-sharing toggle.

In the Choose data-sharing level section select Standard, Enhanced, or Maximum.

Select your pixel from the list.

Click Confirm.
