Where is the cart-template.liquid or cart.liquid in Dawn theme?

I need to edit the cart template but can’t find it anywhere in the Dawn theme. It isn’t under Sections or Templates. Any advice or pointers?

I’m trying to follow the tutorial form here.

Try sections/main-cart-items.liquid.
